Buying From An Online Jewellery Auction

Buying at auction is easy! Shopping through an online auction is different to normal online shopping. It’s a little more involved and a lot more fun! Plus, you can end up saving much more than what you would pay at a jewellery store.

Create an account
We offer the opportunity to bid online securely via Invaluable, the world’s leading online marketplace for fine art, antiques and collectables.
Viewing
Carefully view the items for sale, you are responsible for determining the condition of the goods. Viewing is available by appointment or via live video inspection.
Bidding & buying
When browsing the auctions, if the auction hasn’t begun yet, you can place an absentee bid or ‘pre-bid’. Once the live auction begins, you can participate and bid on items in real time.
Payment
If you win an item, you will receive an email with information regarding tour lot and the winning bid. We will be in contact within 24-48 hours to discuss payment and shipping
Accepted Forms of Payment: MasterCard, Visa or Wire Transfer.
Fees
On-line bidders shall be liable for a total premium of 13% if you sign up through our Jewellery Auctions platform, this is the lowest possible premium.

Collection
Free Australia wide shipping! For Australian deliveries, postage, handling and insurance is included in the purchase price.
For International shipping, fees will be added to your invoice. International bidders will be responsible for all customs and import duties.
